The foundations’ mission we believe reflects the goals Allyn would want to pursue including;
Despite all the progress that’s been made in treating multiple myeloma, patients and families face day to day economic and end of life realities that are incredibly stressful.
To that end, under the umbrella of the Northwell Health Hospice Care Network, the Hello Dolly Foundation has created the Udell Family Care Fund to assist patients and families with some of life’s vital necessities.
In addition, the Allyn P. Udell Hello Dolly Foundation Patient Relief Fund, under the umbrella of Tulane University Cancer Center Stem Cell Transplant program, was created to support patients, as well.
We have also provided funding for the Multiple Myeloma Division of the John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center, assisting myeloma patients in need by providing financial support.
As a result of the endowed fund for female medical students at Tulane University School of Medicine, The Foundation has been able to provide financial assistance for a second medical student.
Finally, we continue to help advance multiple myeloma research by supporting The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF).
Your generous support means the world to all of us! We are humbled and honored that you have decided to help us in our foundation’s mission.
With Love,
Jared, Riki, Ira and Zachary Udell and Erin and Leigh Minsky
